Alexandra Weather On - Line Now! - Hugely Successful!!
Alexandra now has its own automatic on-line weather station.
This gives accurate weather observations, be it the temperature, humidity,
wind velocity or direction and a range of other data.
The Station has been established by a new group who have got together to form - ALEXANDRA WEATHER ORGANISATION.
The AWS has been set-up to comply with Weather Bureau standards
and provides very accurate and timely data. It is updated
every few minutes.
It also provides historical data.

There is a range of links to assist you with weather related matters. Other stations are already operating at Buxton, Mansfield, Yea, Thornton, Lake Mountain and Highlands as well as the existing BOM stations.
Links are provided on www.alexandraweather.org to some other local weather stations. Reports are indicating it is being well utilised.
